Pressure test your fuel system.  It should hold pressure for a while after
shut down.  If it leaks right down, your injectors might be leaking fuel
into the cylinders.  Too rich to re-start.  It would evaporate eventually
and start.
Put a gauge on the test port near the fuel regulator.
