Sorry to hear of your robbery.  Your locks can be rekeyed to match.  It is
not really a do-it-yourself project, as you need new wafers to match to the
new key.  I do have the necessary parts to do the job.  As far as the water
cap, I assume you are talking about the standard Westfalia lock.  It is not
rekeyable.  I can make a new key to fit the existing lock, but the lock
cannot be rekeyed so the old key no longer fits.  Feel free to contact me
