CT -- guess what? The judge denied our motion. Just received a written
order yesterday.

Now he set it trial ( I guess )  on Sept. 11 at good old 1:30 pm. in C-306.
So, if you get a chance, you can see swishtail red head again.

Did they sound for TREC last time?
Did you hear any of what they said about TREC?

They are really trying to screw us.  When you see the judge's order you
will know what I mean.
I got a jury trial in a couple hours, so I gotta go.
