Quick question here, I have an 87 vanagon, manual trans. It turns over
fine, but doesn't start. It's acting like it's out of gas, but it's not.
This problem started suddenly. My husband got it going after fiddling
with things around the engine, and then it started up. My  initial
thoughts are either a clogged fuel filter, or a dead fuel pump. If any of
you have any other ideas, we sure would appreciate hearing them.
