I'm going through the brake system on my '84 GL & replacing entire 17 year old system - lines, hoses and cylinders. So far, I'm working on the rear wheels. Matching up the old brake line sections with bulk brake line at my local auto parts place wasn't a problem until I hit the left rear line which goes from the tee in the back to the flex hose for the left rear trailing arm. The bulk brake line only comes in 20 and 30 inch lengths, but that line looks to be about 24 inches long. Apparently, there is no flaring tool available to let me just cut off the extra tubing and make another flare so the line will be the correct size. Is it Ok to just make a big loop of the extra tubing and stick it out of the way somewhere, or is there a better solution available? Frank Miller
