Listees, I'm currently in the hunt for sponsors to help me finance my
newest idea for the vanagon.  The porsche v-8 idea went out the window with
the trash as the dude who has the motor finally parted it out.  I'm now
thinking to do a volkswagen hi-po TDI / hi-torque electric hybrid combo.
The design would be similar to a serial/parallel hybrid in which the engine
can power the wheels directly, the electric motor can power the wheels, or
both the engine and the motor can power the wheels.

Please let me know if any of you are interested.  My father already has
said he would sponsor part of the project, but I will definately need more
than what he proposes to donate.

Keep in mind, this will be a true sponsorship... I will display your
company sticker on a conspicuous portion of the van.  My only requirement
be that the sticker be magnetic so when I travel to non-commercial vehicle
areas, i can remove the stickers.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
