The lower part of the oil filler assembly does not look like it should and
will not accept the correct top part of the assembly.  Indeed, some PO
modified the top part to fit the bottom part, but modification is failing.

Mating surface of the top of the lower part looks like the perimeter of a
four leaf clover only there a straight sections between the edges of the
leaves.

What do I have?
