Volks,
Driving home last night I noticed that both my dash lights and headlights
seem to be pulsing.  Not fast, about 4/4 time - bright, dim, bright, dim.
Steady, and not subject to bumps or road irregularities, therefore probably
related to a grounding problem.

I'm wondering if this is an alternator problem.  It was replaced two years
ago, as were the belts and battery.  Or perhaps the charging relay.

Any insite appreciated.
