It is not really common, but you do see young women baring their breasts
during public parades and such.  It is not illegal to show your breasts in
public in Oregon.  In fact you can be completely naked, as long as you
aren't being blatantly sexual.  Most people would never think of doing that
sort of thing though.

I am sorry this has gone so far off topic, but I should have figured with
all those males out there with VW's.  LOL  : )
