Barry, << Started working on Moo's CV joints yesterday. After rounding out not one, but TWO of the bolts in that horrible, small casing on the outter side.... I VERY carefully cleaned and heated the remaining studs and removed them all...... So, please, any suggestions as to hor to deal with those two rounded bolts ? >>> Are you using an XZN socket to take them out? These are those triple square wrenches which resemble a 12-pointed star. You may still be able to get those bolts out if you use the proper tool and clean out the hole. If they are truly beyond help, you can try using a set of locking pliers to get them off. I'm not sure how much space you have to work with but you can certainly spin the wheel to give yourself a little maneuvering room. <<......siatance is what, 6 inches or 10 cm. >> Not sure what you are talking about here. <coincidentally my spellchecker suggest "satanic" in place of the use of this word> BenT San Francisco
