Sounds way too lean to me (assuming your O2 sensor is working correctly).
You could open up the  AFM and loosen the spring a few notches.  Measure
the Os sensor output as you are driving.  Does it get into the 0.5-0.7VDC
range?  It could be just lean at idle, which could be adjusted by the hex
screw on the AFM.
