I just bought a 1991 Vanagon Carat and it needs to be inspected. Problem
being Pennsylvania state laws require seat belts. So I have been looking all
over for them, even stopped by the Bus Depot but they didn't have any. If
you have or know about model number:

I need two of the first number. Thanks!
