The guy is obviously smoking too much LA smog. Dual AC indeed! I guess a
panel with vent holes and switches qualifies for a second AC. He also brags
about oversized piston RINGS.

Look at the guy's feedback record. Looks like he's had a couple of problems
with buyers before. He must be a "professional" used car salesperson. His
statements should be trusted accordingly.
