Dear list,

To keep from freezing to death in Minnesota this winter I purchased a good
used heater fan for my '85 Westy.  Question:  How involved is the
replacement?  I understand the dash must be removed?  Any estimates on time
it takes to complete this?  Should I just take my Vanagon and my wallet to
the nearest semi-competent VW shop?
