Hi All,

I am in the process of replacing the heads on Clementine, and want all
of you Vanagon owner's, to get on your knee's and look up into the sky,
and thank the god's that you have nothing more to be concerned about,
than the Wasserboxer.

I have never seen, so much sheet metal covering an engine in my entire
life.

It's a major project just getting to the heads !!

My workbench is covered with nothing more than sheet metal panels, and
now the front of the fan cover ( or engine) has to be removed just
because of two little filler panels between the heads and fan duct work.

Phooey !!

I will never complain about a couple of coolant hoses again !!

At least the Vanagon doesn't have a junk yard of sheet metal to remove
prior to getting to the engine.

The Wasserboxer is a piece of cake in comparison-----

Later,
