Thanks for all of the advice on the brakes.  The concensus was the rear
brakes.  I checked them again only to find that my helper had installed the
adjusters wrong :(  He is kinda new, so I can't be too mad.  I installed them
properly and adjusted them up and now everything is great.  Thanks for all
the help and advice.  Usually the things that frustrate us most are the
simple things.
