Anybody have any idea what it may be worth? Is there any demand out there
for something like this?

I paid $350 for mine. It is a drive away with a floor. They look great at
VW campouts and such. Generally, people who have done restorations like to
have these as an accessory to set up at a show. They usually want perfect
ones. You ought to try the type2 list though to see what the interest is.
The early bay window busses only slept two comfortably and the tent made more
sense for them.
