Yes, but remember, this is referring only to the fact that it
contains glass fiber reinforcing. Strictly speaking, "fiberglass" is
a meaningless term as it doesn't actually in any way specify what the
base material is, nor what it is/can be used for.

Exhaust bandages use some sort of putty, not the polyester resin most
people think of when they hear "fiberglass".
