My only experience with plasma lights is on the receiving end of them.  I
find them intolerably bright and intense when facing them in the oncoming
lane. I question the safety benefits of improving visibility for one driver
while diminishing it for others.  I wouldn't have them on my vehicle, just
out of courtesy. FWIW,that's my take on them. Jim
