I'm a member of BMW Motorcycle Owners of America, and they publish "BMW
Owner's Anonymous" once a year.  It's a small book that lists members who
are willing to help other members out in case of breakdowns, etc.  It is
divided by state, and city.

A member submits their name, location, and contact info, as well as what
type of assistance they'd be willing to give (tools, driveway, tow, etc.)

Would anyone else be interested in such a thing?  I'd be willing to compile
it in Word or Excel and distribute it in soft copy, then you could print
your own to take on the road.

Let me know if there's interest.  Also any thoughts on how we could
safeguard the list so it doesn't end up being a mailing/soliciting list for
some unscrupulous telemarketer...  <g>
