Looks like it is getting to be time to change this guy again. With the cold snap (was 25 the other morning), this is beginning to leak. Just replaced this unit in June of 1999. What is the expected life on one of these units? Temperature ranges in the Mojave Desert are 10-120 or more degrees. William
