I have had some vibrational problems occur with my syncro the past couple months.
I've replaced one U-joint but the vibrations still persist, not horrible, but
there.  I also noticed looking at the Bentley's that the driveline is supposed to
have a flex collar, mine does not.  Were there some year(s) that did not have the
collar?  I would expect a manual as comprehensive as Bentley's to have brought a
fact like that up.

The vibrations seemed to have begun when I put a new trans in.  Of course it was
not possible to mark at what point the driveline came out because of the new
trans, (as the Bentley's insists you must).  Any experiences out there?
