I think Yakima makes a realy nice one, blut like everyting else they sell,
it's not cheap, maybe $40 or so.  Have seen cargo net type things at "the
big blue evil empire" (what Target employees call WalMart), but then if
quality was an issue and you valued what was up there(c'mon, it didn't
qulify to rride inside, did it?) I might spring for the expensive version.
Don't like that sight in the rear view mirror after hearing a thump thump
from the roof.
