Hi Arthur:
I revived my 84 blower motor last fall. The resistors are mounted on the blower assembly so you will find them when you get the dash removed.
Have you checked the following:
- what resistance do you measure between the blower leads and ground? In my case the motor was OK but seized up and needed cleaning and lubrication.
- if you have an open circuit on all blower leads you may have a burnt out motor (scrap yard here I come!!)
All the best,
Tom
