the white vacuum line goes to the rubber fitting under the idle sablizer unit (the cylindrical thing on the top center of the engine. look under and slighty forward and there is a rubber sleeve witha port for that hose the bos under the car is a counter/timer to put on the warning lights for EGR and/or Oxygen sensor service.
