This morning I wasn't paying attention and my wipers were iced up.  When I
turned them on, the passenger side freed itself but the drivers side
wouldn't budge and seems to be 'stripped.'  It can be turned freely by hand
although it still does operate a bit when the motor is on.  Can this be
fixed or have i done irreparable damage?
