Combustion gasses are probably getting into the cooling system. Bad seal where the head meets the cylinders or a cracked head. A leak down test should reveal the culprit. Something is forcing the coolant back into the reservoir and then into the overflow tank...after driving on the freeway and then coming to a stoplight and idling the temp gauge starts rising...the engine is getting too hot...when I look in back the overflow tank is completely full and the coolant is bubbling on top...can anyone help me discover what this might be? This dealership is supposed to be good and the independent shops in our town are both ripoff artists. Thank you in advance for any helpful advice.
