If that doesn't appeal to Joe, he should try to adjust his garage door as
there is some adjustment available there. If it is the sectional type, an
extra clearance kit is available from vendors like Stanley (the tool guys).
This allows the bottom panel if it is currently causing the obstruction.
Worked for me.
