While starting my 85GL late last night (after sitting for most of the day)
the oil pressure light let off a very faint glow.  It was more visible in
the pitch black with the dash lights off.  However, as the van warmed up the
light faded off.  Is this a sign of low oil pressure when the engine is
cold?? I recently changed the oil and filter 20w-50 and VW filter.  It just
started to become really cold here and I'm thinking that could be the
problem................

any ideas???
