Subject:aux battery doesn't charge

Dear Volks,

On my '85 Westy my aux battery has been getting weaker.  I finally checked
and I'm not getting charge voltage at the battery when the engine is
running.  The engine battery is getting 14+ volts but it doesn't seem as
though the aux battery is getting any voltage.

Is there a way to check the relay?
