If you are writing in english about the region in Germany of that name, then the correct spelling is Westphalia. If however you are referring to a VW conversion, the correct spelling is Westfalia. This is the model name. It is also the german spelling of the name of the german region. Language can be almost as much fun as owning a Vanagon ! Steve Cotsford
