I just went through this search myself.

The fuse is located right in the center at the very top of the fuse
block....above the relays.

Now my dash lights work but the light to the heater controls still doesn't.
I've checked the bulb, its OK.

Anyone know if this light is on a different circuit.
Any clues appreciated.
