I wrote to the Trasco company regarding acidity of the oil and this is the
response I got from them. I have asked them to track down the results they
say that "they do not have on file." Trasco's response to my email to them
follows my signature below.

"We do not have the acidity test on file. The field tests performed confirm
that test of standing the extended duration. Since the depth media has
adsorptive qualities it helps in reducing the acidity level and enabling
changes at 10K. Shunt filters do not have that capability, nor they are
designed for reuse."
