I am confused why Tiico has seemingly had trouble CA certifying the engine.
 If anyone remembers, Eurospec sold an engine conversion for a year or so
that was CA certified and it looked just like the Tiico kit.  I wouldn't be
suprised if they just imported the same thing.  I may be wrong, but if true
why can't the same engine certification be used?
