actually it sounds like the ISCU (Idle Stabilizer control unit) is actually
your problem.  These units go bad alot and looking at them isn't going to
tell you anything.  There is a smell that they get when they go bad though
(burnt electronics smell).  I have these in stock if you need them.  Just
