Folks,
Sad story, bought a headlight assembly (finally found one), two hubcaps
(plastic) on E-bay.
Arrived UPS today smashed up! :-( Has anyone had this happen, and what's
the best first course of action? I'd like to have some info before I
talk to the seller! (really disappointed and pissed because he just
threw them in a box without wrapping them first)
I understand UPS has an automatic $100 insurance per package,
so does the seller refund me, and go after UPS?
Any info much appreciated!
