Worth looking in engine compartment with engine running in the dark of
night. I have seen all kinds of unusual steady and intermittant spark paths
around the coil, distributor cap, and plug wires over the years. Sometimes
you can see them in the daylight or even hear the 'snapping' sound of the
spark jumping a gap it shouldn't.
