I just renewed the differential on my 84 GL.  The failure of the forward
pinion bearing had caused the seals to fail and the gear oil was contaminated
with atf.  After reassembly when I try to fill the transmission it pumps the
fluid into the differential and flows out of the top vent (the one for the
differential, not the transmission).  Any help would be appreciated.
