After having trouble with the horn wanting to toot on its own... pulled the fuse... now it wont work at all after replacing the fuse.

Tested the horn and it works.  Traced the hot wire back to a relay and thought ah-ha the horn relay is bad.  Only to find out (via Bus Depot call) that there is no horn relay.

I unwraped the tape from around this relay where the power appears to come from got the number and it seems this is a fuel pump relay.

Question... could this be the problem even though the fuel system seems fine?
