If this rumour is true, it can hardly come as a surprise.

The Eurovan is underpoewered, undermarketed and overpriced.
Why buy a Eurovan when you can get a Chevy, Ford or Dodge van with a reliable
V8 for less money?

Here in Phoenix, this is evidenced by the fact I see more 70's VW buses than Eurovans.
