If the person who is going to fabricate a replacement bumper wants to engender interest

others, I suggest he finish his prototype, mount it and post a picture where we can see
it.
Tell us how much it will cost (including shipping) and let us know if it's legal in our
state
- then we might show an interest.
If he does that, I may even post a photo of my cartoon-character dixie-cup hobcaps.
