I'm getting ready to spend a few weeks in my van.  I will mostly be in the
St Louis area (anyone there?) and am wondering what ideas people have for
showering while on the road.

The only real ideas I've got are:
- Colleges and Universities (but I might need an ID card)
- Truck stops?  I've never used one before.
- Sponge bath in a public restroom (could be gross).
- Meet a friend.
- Find a campground (but it will be february, most are closed)

Any other ideas?
