After looking at harald_nancy page: http://www.geocities.com/harald_nancy/intermitt._syndrome.htm i went to Radio shack to buy a capacitor. I was looking for a 16 volt, 22 micro farad tantalum capacitor. Well, I couldn't find one. Here is what is in the radio shack catalog (pg 270 if you have one): Tantalum Capacitors: 10 microF, 16 WVDC (I assume WVDC means volts) <--- is this the one? 1 microF, 35 WVDC Hi-Q ceramic discs: 4.7 pF 50 WVDC 47 pF 50 100 pF 50 220 pF 50 470 pF 50 .047 microF 50 .1 microF 50 .001 microF 500 .0047 microF 500 .01 microF 500 .01 microF 2000 Metal film: microF WVDC .01 50 .022 50 .047 50 .1 50 .22 50 .01 400 .1 250 1 250 Axial-Lead electrolytic microF WVDC 4.7 35 10 35 22 35 <----- is this the one, too many volts? 47 35 100 35 100 35 220 35 470 35 1000 35 2200 35 4700 35 1000 50 2000 50 Radial-Lead electrolytic microF WVDC 220 16 <---- is this the one? to many farads? 470 16 1000 16 4.7 35 22 35 <---- how about this one? 47 35 100 35 220 35 470 35 1000 35 100 50 So, do I need to go somewhere else, or is the one I need here? blake
