I am not able to start my new engine! Ugh. Here's the scoop:
The fuel pump relay closes for a few seconds, then opens. Then closes
again when you turn over the engine (this is good). BUT the fuel pump is
only getting 5v and not 12. The fuel pump works if you put a hot wire to
it's lead directly.   I have not check for a spark or anything else
though.  My battery is strong. I re-checked all my grounds, fuses and
wires..... I've made sure all connectors are on tight and correct (to the
best of my knowlendge.
