I had the rear brakes on my '84 7-passenger redone in December. Parking brake lever, of course was much tighter than before. On Saturday afternoon, things changed dramatically when I pulled up on brake lever and it keep on going up almost vertical. What does this mean? John Lauterbach Macon, GA
