Using a long screwdriver as a stethoscope, I listened to the water pump, A/C compressor, alternator and power steering pump in my '90 Westy with 140K miles. They are all quiet (esp. the alternator since I just put it in), except the power steering pump, which sounds like a mad bumble bee close to my ear. This pump has 96K miles. Any comments as to what it should sound like? Jerry
