I have just shipped some jump seats. They "almost" fit into a U-Haul wardrobe box. The handle on the side distorts the box a little. The box size when packed is exactly at UPS's limit of 130 inches. The box is 40x24x21. The seats plus brackets weigh 90 lbs. It cost $46.01 to ship from Miami FL to Johnstown PA.
