Heads up- i got a virus from someone on this list. It's the lovely nimbda
virus... I am not sure who sent it (i have a hunch though) but it infected
1452 files within an hour. I may have passed it along to others too.  None
of my other machines are infected- just one machine. Sophos Anti Virus
cleaned it up. I had all of the recent micros**t security and system
patches.  I also had the latest sophos IDE's installed. Those 2 measures
didn't stop the virus though.
