Thanks to all who helped out with the search for the battery. Just to
salvage some self respect, I did actually find it before I read the posts,
once I realized I have to slide the seat up instead of just feeling around
under there.

Next question: engine has intervals of loping at idle, both in park and in
drive. Starts easily, and there's no noticeable missing out, and the engine
doesn't die, but it goes from smooth idle to the loping mode and back again.
Ideas?
