I have an Automatic transmission in my 86 vanagon.  I had the transmissin
filter changed (coincidence?? or cause???) and since then it has started to
leak around the second gear brake band piston. Bently doesnt say much about
this. Can I remove and replace the seals without droping the transmission???
What Am I getting into ???
newbie getting old fast!
